361 Degrees lands its first large contract to provide a complex framing package and labor for the 8000 sq ft addition of the Red Rocks Country Club.
First Full-Time Employees hired.
2018
First office location at the Cherry Creek Thrive co-working space
2019
Start of our internship training program
2020
361 Degrees enters a five-year partnership with the South Main Development to offer custom home and Multi-Unit projects in Buena Vista, Colorado.
2023
361 Relocates to their current office space in the Cherry Creek Ptarmigan Building.
2024
361 Degrees completes their 250th commercial project, including numerous repeat client partnerships across multifamily, hospitality, commercial office spaces, restaurants, retail, and other "special project" builds.
2025
Roll out of 361’s integrated suite of project management solutions, including site scanning, BIM modeling functionality, and the Autodesk Construction Cloud suite; all tools leveraged under our 361 Project Leadership Model.
2018

Design-Build
Whether you have a design team already, or need us to provide the service; we've got you covered! We work closely with the design team to ensure projects are in line with budgets, scheduling needs, local codes,and constructibility requirements.
Project Leadership
We stay close to your project and make the process easy. We do this by tracking daily and weekly progress reports, risk concerns, and potential cost overages. You always have some one in charge to turn to with questions or concerns.
Schedule & Quality Assurance
Our goal is to get you in your space with a smile on your face. We start by tracking schedules on a daily and weekly basis, and providing thorough quality assurance and detailed punch lists throughout the process.

361 takes its construction expertise nationwide as Program Manager for Vail Resorts “My Epic Gear” rollout. 361 Degrees builds its site survey capabilities with a state-of-the-art Lidar Scanner, capable of producing virtual walkthroughs and BIM models of existing spaces. 361 works with the Denver Public Schools to support their internship and mentorship program.
